Replacement Policy
At our store, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition without any damages.
Key Rules & Guidelines:
No Return / No Cash Refund: We do not accept item returns or cash refunds under any circumstances. Our policy strictly supports Product Replacement only.
No Change of Mind: We do not offer replacements for a "change of mind" or if you simply wish to swap the item after successful delivery.
Valid Reasons Only: Replacements are only applicable if the received product is genuinely damaged, defective, faulty, or broken.
3-Day Replacement Window:
This replacement policy is valid strictly for 3 days from the date of delivery.
Any requests raised after the 3-day window will not be accepted or processed.
Replacement Process & Timeline
Share Video/Proof First: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must first share a clear video and pictures of the issue with our support team within 3 days of delivery.
Verification & Scheduling: Once our team verifies the issue, we will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days.
Courier Pickup: Please pack the product securely in its original packaging (Original Product Box and all accessories) so the courier can pick it up from your address and provide you with your replacement.

Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled or modified.
